You need a Facebook Page for your store and to manage that Page on Facebook. Open Settings in your Carti dashboard, find "Where should Carti answer shoppers?", click Connect on the Messenger row, and log in with Facebook. When Facebook asks which Pages to share, select only the Page you want Carti answering for this store. If you select several, Carti asks you to pick one, and only the Page you pick goes live. If you manage Pages connected to your other stores, keep them selected, unchecking one cuts off its access. To check it works, message your Page from a personal account and Carti answers within a few seconds.
