In Carti, open Settings, find Do you collect product reviews? and choose Okendo, then click Connect. You can leave the User ID blank, because Carti finds it on your storefront when you connect. To paste it yourself, open the Okendo app, go to Settings, then Integrations, and copy the User ID. From then on, Carti quotes your reviews when shoppers ask about a product and picks up new ones as they come in.
