No. Merchants who subscribed to Pro at $39/month are grandfathered: you keep the plan, the price, and unlimited conversations for as long as you stay on it. The new Starter, Growth, and Scale plans apply to new subscriptions only. You can switch to one of them anytime from Settings, Manage billing if the fit is better, but you will never be moved off Pro automatically.
