The most common reason is your plan's monthly conversation limit. The free plan currently includes 50 shopper conversations per month, and once you reach that, the assistant stops responding to new shoppers until you upgrade or the next month begins. Your dashboard shows a notice when this happens. To keep Carti running without interruption, open Settings and click Manage billing to upgrade. It is also worth checking the Carti Status card on your Home page, if it shows Paused, Carti was toggled off, and switching it back to live will bring it back right away.
