Where do I find billing and manage my plan?

Open Settings, then scroll to the bottom and click Manage billing. That opens your Plans & Billing page, where you can see your current plan and usage, upgrade or change plans, or cancel. You are also taken there automatically if you reach your plan's monthly conversation limit. If you do not see the option, make sure you are on the Settings page rather than Home.
