In Carti, open Settings, find Do you collect product reviews? and choose Areviews, then click Connect. Areviews needs no key, because it saves your ratings and reviews on your Shopify products and Carti reads them from there. From then on, Carti quotes your reviews when shoppers ask about a product and picks up new ones as Areviews adds them.
