In Carti, open Settings, find Do you collect product reviews? and choose Loox. Carti then asks for your Loox Public Store ID and Secret API Key. You find both in your Loox dashboard under Settings, then API Keys. Paste them into Carti and click Connect. From then on, Carti quotes your reviews when shoppers ask about a product and picks up new ones as they come in.
