In Carti, open Settings, find Do you collect product reviews? and choose Fera. Carti then asks for your Fera Secret Key. You find it in your Fera dashboard under Configuration, then Apps & Integrations, then API Keys. Copy the Secret Key, since the Public Key next to it cannot read your reviews. Paste it into Carti and click Connect. From then on, Carti quotes your reviews when shoppers ask about a product and picks up new ones as they come in.
