First, confirm the "Carti Sales Assistant" app embed is enabled and saved under Online Store, Themes, Customize, App embeds. Make sure you are viewing the theme you published. If it still does not appear, try a hard refresh or an incognito window to rule out caching, and check that another app is not covering it.
