Yes. In the Carti dashboard, go to Customize and open the Appearance tab. The Launcher position card lets you set the corner (bottom left or bottom right) and fine-tune the exact distance from the side and bottom edges in pixels, with separate values for desktop and mobile. The defaults are 20px on desktop and 16px on mobile, and a Reset to default option appears whenever you change them. Only the chat button moves; the chat window itself always opens from its usual corner. Changes reach your storefront within a few minutes of saving.
