How do I use Carti's chat events in Klaviyo flows?

Two flows turn Carti's chats into orders:

• Code reminder emails shoppers who unlocked your offer in the chat but have not ordered a day later. A button in the email applies the code for them.
• Asked in chat, didn't buy emails shoppers the products Carti recommended if they have not ordered a few hours later.

You can also build segments from Carti's events, for example everyone who received a product recommendation in the last 30 days and has not ordered since.
