How do I connect Klaviyo to Carti?

Connect Klaviyo so shoppers who sign up in the chat join your Klaviyo list, and so your Klaviyo flows can react to what happened in the chat.

1. In Carti, open Settings and find Do you use Klaviyo?
2. Click Connect. Klaviyo opens in a new tab. Log in if it asks.
3. Review the permissions and click Allow. Until Klaviyo finishes reviewing Carti for its app marketplace, Klaviyo shows a notice that the app has not been reviewed. Click Continue.
4. When the tab says Klaviyo is connected, close it and go back to Carti.
5. Pick the list chat sign-ups should join. Most stores pick their main newsletter list.
6. Click Test connection to confirm everything works.

To disconnect, click Disconnect on the same card. Carti removes its access in Klaviyo right away. Uninstalling Carti disconnects Klaviyo too.
