Carti isn't responding to shoppers. What should I check first?

Start on your dashboard Home and look at the Carti Status card; it should say Active. If it says Paused, Carti is hidden from shoppers even though it is still installed, just flip the toggle back to live to resume. If it says Inactive, the theme app embed is not enabled, click Enable Carti, or turn the "Carti Sales Assistant" embed on in your theme editor and Save. That same card shows whether your billing is connected and your theme embed is enabled, with a check or an X next to each, so you can spot the problem at a glance. If all of that looks right and Carti still is not answering, you may have reached your plan's monthly conversation limit, or your store may still be finishing its initial sync. Still stuck?
