How do I get around the Carti dashboard?

Your Carti dashboard is organized into a few sections you reach from the navigation menu. Home is your starting point: it shows your Carti Status (whether the assistant is live), your setup progress, and recent activity. Customize is where you style the assistant and write its welcome message. Triggers is where you turn on proactive messages. Knowledge Base is where you manage the FAQs and brand details Carti uses to answer shoppers. Playground lets you test the assistant privately. Analytics shows how Carti is performing. Chat Logs lets you read past shopper conversations. Settings holds escalations, offers, billing, and the option to re-run the setup wizard. If you ever feel lost, Home and Settings are the two pages that orient you fastest.
