How do I find a specific shopper conversation?

Open Chat Logs from the dashboard navigation. It lists every conversation shoppers have had with the assistant. To narrow things down, use the search box to find a conversation by what was said, and use the date fields to limit it to a specific day or range of days. You can also switch between all conversations, only the ones you have reviewed, and the ones you have not reviewed yet. Click any conversation to open the full transcript with timestamps, where you can read the whole exchange and leave notes on individual messages for your own reference.
