The Knowledge Base section of your dashboard is where you shape Carti's answers. During setup, Carti pre-populates it with suggested FAQs and brand details drawn from your store and website, so you start with a useful base rather than a blank page. From there you have full control: you can edit any answer, override the suggestions, add brand-new FAQs, and delete anything you do not want. A live preview shows how your changes land. Whenever a shopper asks something Carti should know, adding or editing an entry here is how you teach it.
