In your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps, click the menu next to Carti and choose Uninstall. Carti leaves your store right away and your plan ends with it, so you are not charged again. It also stops answering any Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp messages it was handling. If you only want the assistant out of sight for a while, pause it from the Carti Status card on Home instead, and turn it back on whenever you like.
