How do I set up proactive messages?

Open the Triggers section of your dashboard. Proactive messages are the moments where Carti reaches out to a shopper on its own, for example when someone seems to be hesitating, instead of waiting to be clicked. In Triggers you turn this behavior on and configure when it happens. Used well, it catches shoppers right at the moment they are deciding, which is often where a sale is won or lost.
