Check these in order. First, open Settings, find "Where should Carti answer shoppers?", and look at the channel's row. If it says Needs reconnect, the platform signed us out, click Reconnect and log in again. Second, if anyone re-ran the Facebook or Instagram connect screen and unchecked this account or Page, that cut off access without any visible error. Connect again and keep it selected. Third, for Instagram only, open the Instagram app's Settings and activity, then Messages and story replies, then Connected tools, and make sure Allow access to messages is on. Still stuck?
