How It Works

The process is simple from your end because there is nothing to do:

  1. A shopper sends a message in any of the 92 supported languages
  2. Carti detects the language using the message content and browser locale
  3. Carti responds in that language with the same product knowledge and sales ability it has in English
  4. If the shopper switches languages, Carti adapts instantly

This works because Carti's AI models natively understand these languages. We are not running your shopper's message through a translation layer and back.
